Vesta Home Health Care (VHHC) is a trusted provider of Home Health Care services that provides
high quality home care services to our respected clients. VHHC operates in the fast-growing
Northern Virginia DC metro region, including the counties of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William.
VHHC’s expert team has over 20 years of combined experience which will allow us to provide the
best care to our clients and experience to our employees.
All of our compassionate Caregivers go through a thorough background check and are trained
and tested to ensure they meet the Vesta Home Health Care standards of excellence. Additionally,
all caregivers receive monthly training and skills enhancement opportunities. It takes the right kind
of individual to understand and enjoy working with the evolving needs of older adults as they face

Our nurses meet with and develop customized Care Plans for all of our clients. Vesta Home
Health Care’s registered nurses will match your loved one with an appropriate caregiver based on
their needs. Our primary goal is to foster lasting, supportive relationships between our caregivers
and their clients.
Nurse Case Managers continue to work with aides and caregivers to assess their clients’ ongoing needs and update their personal Care Plans when necessary. We know how important consistent, compassionate care is for the well-being of our clients.

After our assessment visit, the registered nurse will develop a personalized Care Plan with input
from family and any existing medical treatment recommendations. These Care Plans assure that
clients receive the appropriate level of services given their particular health status. Care plans are
adjusted regularly to address any changes in status that indicate a need to increase or decrease
levels of care.
Technology plays an important role in delivering home health care at Vesta Home Health Care. Our caregivers are able to check in and out of servicing a client through GPS. Technology also gives all of our caregivers immediate access to care plans and for any changes to these care plans based on the desires of the family or medical team. Caregivers can also send visit notes and tasks completed to case managers, family members. All of this valuable information can easily be accessed online or sent as notifications to family members.
